Short version: we don't collect accounts or personal details. Third-party games and any future advertising are explained honestly below.
What we collect
PIXO Games has no accounts, no sign-up, no payment processing and no analytics of our own. We never ask for your name, email or any personal information.
Third-party game catalogue
Our arcade includes games from the public GameMonetize catalogue. PIXO does not host or own those games: they load in a separate frame from html5.gamemonetize.co, and GameMonetize or the game's developer controls what runs inside that frame. Those pages may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers and advertising technology under their own policies.
Game metadata and thumbnails come from GameMonetize's public JSON feed. You can read GameMonetize's privacy policy for details. PIXO's own pages do not send your search terms or browsing history to that feed.
Advertising
PIXO's own GameMonetize ad integration is not currently enabled: no Game ID is configured, so the ad SDK is not loaded on PIXO original pages and we do not claim that ads are active or approved there. If we enable it later, ads would be served through GameMonetize and may use cookies or identifiers to deliver and measure them.
Games opened from the GameMonetize catalogue may display their own advertising inside the game frame, independently of PIXO's settings. That advertising is controlled by GameMonetize and its partners. Where required by law, a consent notice should be presented by the party setting non-essential cookies. You can also opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.
Local storage
The Snake game stores your highest score in your browser's local storage under the key pixo-snake-best.
The “Recently played” row stores the last ten catalogue games you opened under the key pixo-recent-games, so you can jump back in. It contains only the game id, title, category and thumbnail URL. You can remove it with the “Clear history” button or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Both values stay on your device, are never uploaded, and never leave your browser.
Cookies
PIXO Games itself sets no tracking cookies. If you open a third-party game, that game frame may set cookies or local storage under GameMonetize's policy. Cookies used for advertising are set by the advertising provider inside that frame, not by PIXO's own pages.
Third-party services
The stylesheet loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser will contact Google's servers to fetch them. The game list is fetched from gamemonetize.com, thumbnails from img.gamemonetize.com, and game frames from html5.gamemonetize.co. PIXO's own GameMonetize ad SDK is disabled while no Game ID is configured. No other third-party assets, scripts or trackers are used by PIXO's pages.
Game attribution
Third-party games are provided by GameMonetize and remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on PIXO Games does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement. If you are a rights holder and believe a listing is wrong, contact us and we will remove it.
Children
PIXO Games is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to export, correct or delete on request. For anything served by an advertising partner, use the opt-out links those partners provide, or contact us and we will point you to the right place.
Changes
If we add features that change what this policy covers — accounts, new ad partners, analytics, for example — this page will be updated before that goes live, and the date below will change with it.
